2. Add your text, a bevel effect and an internal glow
3. Duplicate your text and add "Displacer Pro" (link)
4. Add an "fast box blur" and turn your layer into an "adjustment layer"
5. Add "CC Glass" effect
6. Set the first text layer to "color density -" blend mode.
7. Hide your animated circles with a matte
8. Add grain and glow with "Deep Glow"
